No. Cuicani can be played in full without paying. An ad only plays when you tap a button that says so, in exchange for a gift shown beforehand. Ads never appear when the game opens, the first time you play, in the middle of a day or after a sunset.

There is no daily limit: watch as many as you like, as long as there is a gift to receive. Sometimes no ad is available; if that happens, try again in a while.

It is the game’s energy. Each new season uses one jar of nectar, and a season you started always finishes. The shelf refills over time, and a short ad gives jars instantly, as often as you like, even when the shelf is full.

Replaying a day, the head, the Valle del día (daily valley), the tutorial, hints and the nest use no nectar. If there is no ad and the shelf is empty, you get a jar. Nectar is never sold. The exact numbers are in Ajustes (Settings), “Cómo nos mantenemos gratis” (How we stay free).

A single payment, forever, with no subscriptions or automatic charges. It removes the ads, gives their gifts right away and the feeder never runs dry; it also adds a few extras that were never free. Nothing free today will become paid. The price is shown by the store.

In Ajustes, “Cómo nos mantenemos gratis”, tap “Restaurar compras” (Restore purchases), using the same Google Play or Apple account you bought with. In the child profile it is inside “Para personas adultas” (For adults).

Your progress, however, lives only on the phone and we keep no copy: it moves to a new phone only if the system copies app data (for example, with a direct phone-to-phone transfer).

The store is waiting for an adult to approve it (Apple’s Ask to Buy or Google’s Family Link) or for a pending payment to complete. Once approved, it arrives on its own: there is no need to buy again.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Google Play or Apple. If you are refunded, the paid extras switch off; what you earned by playing is untouched.

In the child profile, “Reportar este anuncio” (Report this ad) appears when you come back from an ad. At 13 or older, “Reportar el último anuncio” (Report the last ad) is in Ajustes (Settings), “Cómo nos mantenemos gratis” (How we stay free). The report is stored on your phone with the date, where it appeared and a code from the ad network. Nothing about the player.

In Ajustes or in “Cómo nos mantenemos gratis”, “Opciones de privacidad” (Privacy options). It appears where the law requires it (European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland), after you have made your choice. Cuicani never personalizes ads or asks for tracking permission.

In “Cómo nos mantenemos gratis”, open “Para personas adultas” (it asks for the phone’s lock) and change “Anuncios en este perfil” (Ads in this profile). With “No”, there are no ads in that profile and the jars refill over time only.

In Ajustes, “Corregir la edad” (Correct the age). An adult confirms with the phone’s lock and the birth date question appears again.

Everything lives on your phone. On Android: Settings › Apps › Cuicani › Storage › Clear data, or uninstall the game. On iPhone and iPad: delete the app. Your progress is deleted and cannot be recovered; the Mecenas del valle comes back with “Restaurar compras”.

We only hold emails you have sent us: ask us to delete them. Data held by Google or the store is managed with their tools; see your choices.
